How do I sign in?
Terroir uses Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. No password to remember. Open the app, tap your preferred option, and you are in.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your wine memories, cellar, and preferences are stored securely in the cloud under your account. Health features like cycle-aware recommendations are processed on your device only and never sent to any server. We do not sell your data to anyone.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Me tab in the app, scroll to the Account section, and tap Delete Account. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot what wine I added. How do I search?
Both Memory and Cellar have a search bar at the top of the screen. You can search by wine name, grape, region, or any notes you added.
Can I use Terroir without creating an account?
An account is required to save your memories and cellar. This is what keeps your data safe and synced across devices.
The app is not loading. What should I do?
First, check your internet connection. Then close the app fully and reopen it. If the problem persists, delete and reinstall from the App Store. Your data is saved to your account and will reload after you sign back in.
How do I report a bug?
