By downloading or using Terroir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Terroir mobile application operated by Nia Pataj. By creating an account or using the app, you accept these Terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Terroir. By using the app, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction. The app contains content related to alcoholic beverages.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree not to use Terroir to:
You retain ownership of content you create in Terroir, including tasting notes, memories, and photos. By adding content to the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post in social features. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
The Terroir app, its design, name, and all associated content are the intellectual property of Nia Pataj. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
Terroir is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Wine recommendations provided by the app are for entertainment and personal interest purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Health-related features, including cycle-aware recommendations, are informational only and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified health professional for any medical decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nia Pataj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Terroir.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app's Me screen.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nia Pataj operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
